We have three offices across the Northern Rockies: our headquarters in Missoula, Montana and additional offices in Bozeman and Boise. The Senior Salesforce Administrator leads and strengthens MoFi’s Salesforce environment to better support scalable, consistent, and efficient lending operations. This role focuses on improving how Salesforce and nCino work together, reducing manual work, and building a stronger system foundation for future automation and AI. This person will also partner closely with an external consultant, helping ensure system changes reflect MoFi’s real workflows, priorities, and lending model.

The Credit Analyst supports end-to-end execution of MoFi’s lending activities by providing client communication, document assistance, analysis, credit package preparation, and closing coordination for an assigned pipeline of loans. This role is responsible for translating borrower information, financial statements, collateral data, and underwriting assumptions into clear, accurate analysis for final underwriting by a loan officer. The Credit Analyst works closely with Loan Officers, Market Presidents, and other team members to maintain up-to-date pipeline and eligibility information, prepare committee-ready materials, and ensure loans are documented, approved, and boarded in alignment with MoFi’s policies and risk standards.

From participating in eligibility calls and organizing documentation through coordinating approvals, closings, disbursement tracking, post-close cleanup, and customer service to existing loan clients, the Credit Analyst helps move loans from referral to funded status while delivering a responsive, professional experience for bankers and borrowers.
