We have three offices across the Northern Rockies: our headquarters in Missoula, Montana and additional offices in Bozeman and Boise. Located in the heart of downtown, all of our offices feature natural light, modern décor, and top-notch technology to stay connected with each other, and our clients. The Salesforce Administrator will support the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of MoFi’s Salesforce platform. Working closely with the Compliance and Technology Manager and IT Manager, this role will assist in ensuring the system meets business requirements, fosters user adoption, and supports cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for an individual eager to grow their Salesforce expertise while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

MoFi is seeking a Development Manager to support and expand our fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, analytical, and highly organized with a strong ability to manage data, research, and donor relationships. The Development Manager will play a key role in donor research, grant writing, stewardship logistics, and database management.

Missoula, MT – Full-time
The Administrative & Lending Assistant provides operations support within the Missoula office and day-to-day assistance to the Lending Team. This includes gathering background data on loan applicants, managing correspondence (phone and email), managing accurate data filing in a Salesforce database, scheduling meetings, and answering phones. Occasional travel may be required. The successful candidate will be a clear and complete communicator and a problem-solver and never hesitate to roll up their sleeves to do the work needed to get a job done well. Across all their responsibilities, they ensure tasks are completed with a high degree of quality and in a timely manner.

Bozeman, MT – Full-time
The Senior Credit Analyst plays a key role in MoFi’s lending process by conducting credit analysis and ensuring efficient loan processing. This position leads the express loan product process from inquiry to closing, including assessing risk and making credit recommendations, while also supporting the Chief Lending Officer and Loan Officers in underwriting and closing non-express loans. The Senior Credit Analyst works closely with the lending and asset management teams to deploy capital effectively, manage risk, and ensure compliance with lending policies.
