We have three offices across the Northern Rockies: our headquarters in Missoula, Montana and additional offices in Bozeman and Boise. Located in the heart of downtown, all of our offices feature natural light, modern décor, and top-notch technology to stay connected with each other, and our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, analytical, and highly organized with a strong ability to manage data, research, and donor relationships. The Administrative & Lending Assistant provides operations support within the Missoula office and day-to-day assistance to the Lending Team. This includes gathering background data on loan applicants, managing correspondence (phone and email), managing accurate data filing in a Salesforce database, scheduling meetings, and answering phones. Occasional travel may be required. The successful candidate will be a clear and complete communicator and a problem-solver and never hesitate to roll up their sleeves to do the work needed to get a job done well. The Senior Credit Analyst plays a key role in MoFi’s lending process by conducting credit analysis and ensuring efficient loan processing. This position leads the express loan product process from inquiry to closing, including assessing risk and making credit recommendations, while also supporting the Chief Lending Officer and Loan Officers in underwriting and closing non-express loans. The Senior Credit Analyst works closely with the lending and asset management teams to deploy capital effectively, manage risk, and ensure compliance with lending policies.
