The Credit Analyst supports end-to-end execution of MoFi’s lending activities by providing client communication, document assistance, analysis, credit package preparation, and closing coordination for an assigned pipeline of loans. This role is responsible for translating borrower information, financial statements, collateral data, and underwriting assumptions into clear, accurate analysis for final underwriting by a loan officer. The Credit Analyst works closely with Loan Officers, Market Presidents, and other team members to maintain up-to-date pipeline and eligibility information, prepare committee-ready materials, and ensure loans are documented, approved, and boarded in alignment with MoFi’s policies and risk standards.

From participating in eligibility calls and organizing documentation through coordinating approvals, closings, disbursement tracking, post-close cleanup, and customer service to existing loan clients, the Credit Analyst helps move loans from referral to funded status while delivering a responsive, professional experience for bankers and borrowers.

The Administrative Assistant ensures the efficient operation of MoFi’s office environment by providing proactive support in facilities management, external communications, team assistance, and administrative services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a well-organized, welcoming, and productive workplace for staff and visitors.

MoFi is seeking an experienced learning development professional to design, develop, implement, and facilitate learning experiences across the organization. This role builds practical programs that help employees grow, perform at a high level, and contribute to MoFi’s continued growth and impact.

The Learning Experience Designer focuses on turning real work into clear, usable training across lending, credit, and operations. The goal is to ensure staff have the skills, tools, and training needed to serve clients well and manage risk responsibly.

This is a hands-on role that combines program design, facilitation, and project management. Success in this role translates to stronger performance, faster onboarding, and better consistency across teams.
